Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat products according to established specifications and safety guidelines Package meat products efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and presentation for retail or food service use Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Follow all food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments is highly desirable Strong knife skills and proficiency in meat cutting techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Culinary experience or training related to meat preparation is advantageous Join us as a Meat Cutter and bring your passion for quality food preparation into a lively team environment.
