Experienced cook, ready to hit the ground running, asap. Will be responsible for providing basic and more complex sandwiches. Must be able to follow current recipes, adjusting amounts for varied yields, and suggesting recipes based on the store inventory and focus. Should be comfortable with product presentation such as creating interesting and artistic charcuterie boards. This person interacts with the public at the front, on the phone, etc. so

spoken and written English skills and professional demeanor are required. This person will also assist with the Butcher's work. Payscale based on current skill level. If the individual wishes to expand into, or has experience in work as a butcher, or has excellent knife skills and a desire to expand into professional butchery, this is a great place to start. This is a long-term, part-time to fulltime placement. Must be a great communicator who can work with the team and with customers. Our team is solid, and work well together. This job is a new addition, and will require extra hours around Thanksgiving and Christmas. The job runs from Tuesday through Saturday up until 6pm.
