Responsibilities Cut and trim meat according to customer requests Prepare retail meat displays Operate meat processing equipment safely Monitor inventory Maintain cleanliness and sanitation Package and label products Assist customers with product recommendations Qualifications Experience as a butcher preferred Knowledge of halal meat preparation Strong knife skills Food safety knowledge Customer service experience Physical Requirements Lift up to 60 lbs Work in refrigerated environments Stand for extended periods
