Jobs › Natick, MA › Seafood Associate Express Employment Professionals Seafood Associate Natick, MA Apply Our client is seeking two experienced Seafood Associates to join their team in a retail seafood environment. This role requires hands-on fish butchering experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a retail seafood counter setting. Candidates with seafood warehouse experience involving fish processing and handling may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, fillet, and portion a variety of fish and seafood products Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and product quality Assist customers at the seafood counter when needed Properly handle, store, and rotate seafood inventory (FIFO method) Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations Support daily setup and breakdown of seafood department operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a seafood associate or fishmonger required Hands-on fish butchering and filleting experience is required Retail seafood counter experience strongly preferred Seafood warehouse or processing experience may be considered Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with raw seafood in a cold environment Active Filters Seafood Associate Natick, MA Clear All Apply
