Northland Foods is a locally owned grocery store dedicated to providing high-quality products and outstanding service to our community. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Meat Cutter to join our team and help us deliver the best selection of meats to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, bone, and prepare various meats according to customer specifications and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations Assist customers with special requests, questions, and recommendations Ensure proper storage, rotation, and display of all meat products Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a meat department preferred Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
