As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products for our customers while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment. Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications and company standards. Ensure all meat products are handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and quality. Package meat products for display and sale, ensuring attractive presentation while adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering any questions they may have about the products. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment used in meat preparation. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to minimize risks associated with food handling. Qualifications Strong knife skills with experience in meat cutting techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to meat handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all food products prepared. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
