Job Summary Meat WrapperWeigh, wrap and price meats and related products Portion and place products on designated trays with the highest standards of presentation Display product in cases as directed by manager Keep track of the need for wrapping materials, labels, etc. Maintain equipment. Communicate temperature failure of cases to manager. Maintain good housekeeping of work, display and storage areas. Provide prompt and courteous service to customers Follow all company policies Observe all state health regulations and all safe food handling procedures
