This position is responsible for cutting, portioning, seasoning, and preparing meats daily while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Cut and portion chicken, oxtail, goat, pork, and other meats Prep and marinate meats according to recipes Maintain proper labeling, rotation, and storage of products Keep prep area clean and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist kitchen team with prep and production as needed

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or meat prep experience preferred Must be comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance is
