Job Description:

Butcher/Meat Cutter State Inspected Meat Processing Facility Are you an experienced butcher/meat cutter looking for a new opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a butcher/meat cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat to meet customer specifications.

Duties:

• Cut, debone, trim, and portion meat according to customer requests.
• Prepare specialty cuts of meat as required.
• Work with a team to complete customers' orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area.
• Adhere to all safety and food handling regulations.
• Break carcasses down into primals.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a butcher/meat cutter in a processing facility, butcher shop, or grocery store preferred.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat.
• Ability to use knives, saws, grinders, and other cutting equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and speed.
• Familiarity with HACCP preferred.
