Job Description

Penn Beer Sales & Service is a family owned and operated beer wholesaler located in Hatfield, PA. We employ over 200 energetic, dedicated and diverse individuals. Penn Beer is the largest independently owned Anheuser-Busch wholesaler in the Northeast, and we are honored to work with many world class international, craft, and local partners as well. Penn Beer is privileged to sell, market, and distribute our brands to over 4,500 licensees in eight counties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are currently hiring for a Breakage position. Part-time two days per week. Perfect for retirees!
Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision performs work of routine difficulty related to repacking damaged cases of product as required. Product identification Assure that code date guidelines are followed as defined by breweries quality control standards and out of code product is brought to the attention of the foreman. Assure that repacked cases are in "Like New" condition, free from broken glass, dented cans, and torn shells. Maintain good housekeeping. Work in a safe and professional manner. Notify shift supervisor of any problems that arise. Assure both warehouse and truck carts are cleaned daily. Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Requirements:
Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to work with minimum supervision Must be able to past drug screen
Pay:
$17.30 per hour
