As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for operating the meat department to the high standards set forth by the company. You will trim and prepare standard cuts of meat as specified in-store guidelines and follow the store's meat merchandising plan. The Meat Cutter's goal is to drive sales within the meat department and maximize profitability.
