We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our team. This role is responsible for the fabrication of whole animals, poultry, and seafood, along with some charcuterie production. The position is a core part of what has defined our kitchen for over a decade. Days start at 8:00 a.m. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Responsibilities include receiving and checking in daily orders, breaking down whole animals and seafood, contributing to recipe development, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping oversee the walk-in. Our kitchen works with exceptional ingredients and a menu that evolves constantly with the seasons. This role offers hands-on experience in whole animal butchery, charcuterie, preservation, and the execution of thoughtful, ingredient-driven food — with real opportunity to sharpen technical craft and grow within the kitchen.
