Responsibilities
Cut, trim, and portion meat (beef, pork, chicken)
Prepare display cases with fresh foods products
Grind meat and prepare specialty cuts (if applicable)
Maintain proper storage and temperature control
Follow foods safety and sanitation standards
Manage inventory and minimize waste
Assist customers with meat selection and custom cuts
Coordinate with kitchen for daily needs Requirements
3 + years of experience of butchery experience preferred
Knowledge of meat cuts and handling
Knife skills (advanced)
Ability to work in cold environments Physical Requirements
Lift up 60lbs
Standard for long periods
Handle sharp tools safety
