$12.77 - $19.00 per hour Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Meat Cutter who is detail-oriented and doesn't mind frigid temperatures. As a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include: Reading prep sheet Following Bubba's 33 specs Tracking product yield Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized Following storage and rotation procedures Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices Exhibits teamwork If you think you would be a rockstar Meat Cutter, apply today!
