The position also needs to stock seafood products onto the display cases in the sales area, follow FIFO concept, provide good service to our customers by fulfilling their requests, and maintain inventory and workplace cleanliness.

You Will:

Maintain inventory and product quality, follow FIFO concept, if applicable; ensure full display of various seafood products Follow procedures to process expired products and manage shrinkage Prepare various seafood products for sales activities, include but not limited to catch, gut, descale, cut, wash, pack and label various seafood products and display them in the display coolers Greet customers by providing good customer service with smile, friendly enthusiasm Assist customers in selecting seafood products and provide recommendations to them, as required Maintain workplace cleanliness, wash relevant work areas and fish tanks, and ensure working tools are clean and well-kept Keep storage area, display cases and walk-in coolers clean and tidy

You Should Have/Be:
