provides professional gaming services for state-approved card games throughout Florida cardrooms. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Gaming Associates (Designated Players). This unique position places you at the center of live casino-style action while ensuring games are conducted accurately, fairly, and according to approved rules. Position Summary As a Gaming Associate, you will work directly at live gaming tables, monitoring gameplay, handling casino chips, verifying payouts, and ensuring compliance with approved game procedures. Acting as an impartial observer and participant, you will help maintain game integrity while providing a professional and enjoyable experience for customers. Games may include, but are not limited to: Three Card Poker Ultimate Texas Hold'em Face Up Pai Gow Poker Mississippi Stud DJ Wild I Luv Suits One Card Poker Key Responsibilities Monitor live table games to ensure accurate gameplay and payouts. Verify that all game procedures follow approved gaming regulations. Identify and report errors, discrepancies, or suspicious activity. Handle casino chips and maintain accurate chip counts. Report significant wins and unusual game activity to supervisors. Maintain professionalism and positive interactions with guests, dealers, and casino staff. Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Remain focused and attentive during extended periods of gameplay. Work collaboratively with team members and casino personnel. QualificationsRequired Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mental math skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to pass a background check. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Preferred Knowledge of poker hand rankings and casino table games. Customer service experience in hospitality, entertainment, or gaming environments. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand at a gaming table for extended periods. Ability to handle gaming chips and perform repetitive hand movements. Clear verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
