QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.
Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer's school required. Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
Must have excellent customer skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Manage the table by dealing cards to players and controlling the pace of the game.Explain Rules:
Clearly explain the rules to new players, ensuring they understand how to play.Monitor Gameplay:
Observe players' behavior and report any suspicious activities or concerns to the appropriate authorities.Handle Bets and Payouts:
Collect bets, distribute winnings, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.Maintain Professionalism:
Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor with players at all times to enhance their gaming experience.Cash and Chip Management:
Handle cash and chips accurately and securely, ensuring the integrity of the game.Ensure Security:
Safeguard the cards and gaming equipment, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and according to casino regulations.Skills and QualificationsCustomer Service Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with players and create a welcoming atmosphere.Mathematical Skills:
Basic math skills for handling bets and payouts accurately.Attention to
