  • $22+/Hr Starting Pay + Shift Differential
  • Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job with great pay, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow? We're hiring CNC Machine Operators and Manufacturing Assemblers for a full-time production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have experience operating machines, assembling products, using hand tools, or working in production, we'd like to talk with you.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment
  • Assemble products using hand and power tools
  • Read work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load, unload, package, and prepare materials for shipment
  • Record production information and maintain documentation
  • Identify equipment issues and quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or fabrication experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Experience That's a Plus
  • CNC machining experience
  • CNC mill or lathe experience
  • Blueprint reading
  • Calipers and precision measuring tools
  • Assembly or fabrication experience

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
