Job Description

The dealer is responsible for monitoring and controlling a table in the pit to ensure the delivery of guest service according to Isle Casino Waterloo standards, while maintaining the integrity of the table games.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for a designated table. Maintains constant awareness of activities of assigned table to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity. Controls and directs games in progress by dealing within department procedures and maintaining game protection. Communicate any pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or other necessary team members regarding player information, Title 31 information, suspicious activity, possible intoxicated guests, or any other information that is important to the operation of the casino. Plans, organizes and completes work timely. Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.
