This role helps create a fun, engaging, and exciting gaming experience for guests while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of dealing procedures, gaming regulations, and departmental policies. Communicates pertinent information to Supervisors in a timely and professional manner. Accurately handles casino gaming checks, chips, cards, and cash transactions. Creates a positive guest experience by being friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and service-oriented. Assists with game observation and player tracking as required. Maintains compliance with Caesars appearance and grooming standards. Demonstrates flexibility and professionalism in meeting scheduling and operational needs. Consistently represents Caesars in a positive manner and encourages coworkers to do the same. Maintains attendance standards and complies with all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. High school diploma or GED required. Must successfully complete a basic math assessment and pass a Caesars dealer audition demonstrating proficiency in required gaming skills. Must be proficient in dealing Craps game and possess a minimum of one year of previous dealing experience. Must possess strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment. Must maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance consistent with Caesars standards.
