Table Games Dealer (Experienced) Full-Time - Craps
Duties
- Conduct Craps games with precision, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed accurately.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their gaming experience.
- Handle cash transactions, chips, and payouts efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor gameplay for any irregularities or disputes, resolving conflicts swiftly using effective conflict management skills.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of casino regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
- Communicate clearly with players and team members to facilitate smooth game flow.
- Promote guest services by providing information about game rules and casino amenities as needed.
- Proven experience as a table games dealer, specifically with Craps or similar casino games.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and basic math skills for quick calculations during gameplay.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated conflict management abilities to handle disputes professionally.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards within the gaming industry.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties responsibly.
- Prior casino experience is highly preferred; familiarity with casino operations is a plus.
- Must possess strong guest service skills to create an engaging environment for players.
