We are currently seeking individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Blackjack Dealer through our Blackjack Dealer Academy. The Blackjack Dealer Academy will consist of various four-hour classes scheduled Monday through Friday .
Available class start times are:
8:00 a.m.,12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Beginning on Monday, August 17, 2026. Participants must be available to attend all their assigned classes throughout the duration of the academy. Qualified candidates must successfully complete a basic math assessment and interview process to be considered for the program. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in our six-week Blackjack Dealer Academy , an unpaid training program designed to provide the skills and knowledge necessary for a dealer position. Upon successful completion of the academy, qualified participants may be offered a part-time Blackjack Dealer position. Minimum Qualifications To be considered, applicants must: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be at least 21 years of age at the time of the interview Successfully complete basic math assessment Attend all scheduled academy classes Successfully pass a background investigation Obtain and maintain a Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) Level 2 License Be available to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and holidays Be able to stand for extended periods of time Work Environment This position requires working in a casino environment where cigarette, cigar, and pipe smoking are permitted.
