Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Join our team as a Table Games Floor Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional gaming experience for our guests. In this leadership position, you will oversee table game operations, support and develop dealers, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, and help maintain a secure, efficient, and exciting casino environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, demonstrated leadership ability, and at least one year of progressive casino table games experience. Successful candidates will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction, game integrity, and team development. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications, work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and uphold the core values of Laguna Development Corporation.
