Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customersDeals two of three of the main game types: Blackjack, Craps or Roulette as well as all variations of poker games including Baccarat proficiently and professionallyResponsible for accurately dealing all games in the pitAnalyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of playProvide excellent customer service skills and communication skillsMust have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP'sEnsure that guests are provided with optimum service at all timesAdhere to all department/company policies and proceduresAnalyze guest alcohol consumptionEnsure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gamingReplace and sort cards as needed.Inventory and table drop
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be fluent in EnglishMust have strong communication skillsMust be able to deal all games offered in the Table Games pit area.High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience requiredAlcohol Beverage Control cardDealing experience or schooling in all games in the pit areaValid Nevada Gaming LicenseIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
