WHO YOU ARE
You love bingo, are energetic and friendly, enjoy having fun, are customer focused, and have cash-handling experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provides guest relations and retention by greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, selling bingo paper cards or bingo electronic machines to guests according to session guidelines and pricing, verifying discount eligibility if applicable, providing guests with bingo game and events information, offering up to date information regarding Muckleshoot Bingo's location wide promotions and events, answering guest inquiries, playing bingo paper cards for guests, assisting guests as needed, and promptly notifying Manager of any guest complaints or disputes if unable to resolve the issue quickly. Maximizes sales of bingo games by informing guests of bingo prices and special packages, walking through assigned section continuously (if assigned to the floor), selling paper and electronic systems to guests, and maintaining accurate accounting of incoming and outgoing monies and bingo inventory. Maintains bingo game efficiency and integrity by promptly responding to bingo winners and reading winning cards back to bingo callers, verifying bingo buy-in and guest eligibility for game participation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of game procedures and house rules, and informing players of rules as needed. Maintains the inventory and cash integrity of bingo by verifying quantity, serial number, color, and series of paper issued. Prepares and maintains bingo area for game play. Ensures accurate inventory of electronic gaming devices. Calls the bingo game to ensure a smoothly run session. Sells bingo games in the admissions box office. Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Six (6) months' work experience as a cashier or other work involved with handling money required. Six (6) months of gaming / bingo experience preferred.

Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
