Job Description
Rein Sushi & Hibachi is looking for a motivated and reliable Sushi Chef / Sushi Helper to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about Japanese cuisine, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food. Requirements Minimum 1 year of sushi restaurant experience required. Knife cutting skills are required (fish, vegetables, and sushi preparation). Able to prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and assist with daily prep. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working in a sushi restaurant. Strong knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask during busy service. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
