While we focus on seniors, we have many other clients including families and folks who just don't want to cook anymore. We also believe that you should not have to sacrifice your evenings and weekends in order to pursue a career in cooking. Avoid the 12-hour shifts, and 7-day work weeks and join our team. Our personal chefs primarily work weekdays between the hours of 8am-5pm. If you have a passion for cooking and have at least two years of restaurant/commercial kitchen experience, we are interested in talking to you. Will consider recent culinary school graduates. Duties Prepare and cook meals at different client locations Understand dietary restrictions and food preferences for each client Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Provide friendly, empathetic and professional customer service Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Possess a valid driver's license and working vehicle A working smartphone with a data plan Ability to lift 25+ pounds Clear criminal background check 2 years cooking in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred Serve Safe food handler's certification Genuine interest in working with the senior population High school diploma or equivalent
