Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and sashimi with precision and artistry Maintaining the freshness and quality of all seafood and ingredients Contributing creative ideas to our menu offerings Working collaboratively with our diverse team of chefs Ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish that leaves our kitchen Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For You have substantial experience as a sushi chef, a passion for quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
