Chef de Partie Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn | Beverly Hills, California Main Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills. Born from the collaboration between Chef Dominique Crenn and the House of Dior, Monsieur Dior brings together two worlds defined by creativity, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising attention to detail. The menu draws on French technique through Chef Crenn's distinctive culinary perspective, pairing exceptional ingredients with elegant, imaginative execution. For a chef who values technique, creativity, and precision, Monsieur Dior offers the opportunity to be part of an ambitious culinary program in the heart of Beverly Hills. The Chef de Partie will take ownership of a station while working closely with culinary leadership to execute a menu where every detail, from ingredient to final presentation, is considered. Responsibilities Take ownership of an assigned station and execute menu items according to established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards. Maintain exceptional consistency, precision, and quality throughout preparation and service. Ensure your station is organized, properly stocked, and fully prepared for service. Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and fellow team members throughout preparation and service. Support and guide Commis and junior culinary team members when needed. Contribute to a kitchen culture centered on craftsmanship, collaboration, discipline, and respect. Uphold the standards and culinary vision of Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar position in a high-end or fine dining restaurant. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of French cuisine and classical culinary techniques. Excellent knife skills and knowledge of professional kitchen procedures. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to independently manage and execute a station at a high level. Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to consistency, craftsmanship, professionalism, and culinary excellence. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
