Qualifications:

3-6+ years fine dining experience with strong technical execution. Strong knife skills and attention to detail across prep and service. Leadership experience preferred, with ability to train and mentor junior cooks. Calm, organized, and consistent under pressure in high-end service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise line cooks and prep team during service to ensure smooth execution. Maintain recipe integrity, plating standards, and consistent quality on every dish. Support inventory, ordering, and cost controls to protect performance targets. Uphold sanitation, food safety compliance, and luxury hospitality standards.
