Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef to join our newest restaurant. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for prepping, making orders, and cleaning your station after service . This position is only for chefs with experience working with sushi (minimum 5 years experience is prefered) . The restaurant is fast paced so we are looking for an individual who has experience working in high volume restaurants. The position is full time so we would prefer someone with open availability. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, cut, and hand rolls. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all food preparation areas Manage ingredients, ensure freshness, and minimize waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Uphold restaurant policies on food quality, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a Sushi Chef Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including rice seasoning, fish filleting, and knife skills Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a fast-paced kitchen environment Schedule your interview to join our team!
