We re busy, growing, and looking for talented people who want to be part of it.
We're Looking For:
Sous Chef / Pizza Kitchen Team MembersWe're especially interested in people with experience in:Dough preparation and fermentationPizza baking and oven managementKitchen prep and organizationBakery or bread experienceYears of experience aren't the most important thing to us. What matters is that you have the knowledge, confidence, and work ethic to take ownership of the kitchen especially the prep, dough, and baking process.
