We're Looking For:
Sous Chef / Pizza Kitchen Team MembersWe're especially interested in people with experience in:Dough preparation and fermentationPizza baking and oven managementKitchen prep and organizationBakery or bread experienceYears of experience aren't the most important thing to us.
