Duties Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, including hot dishes, eggs, pancakes, and breakfast meats, ensuring timely service that following the specific menu. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling and preparation processes. Assist in menu planning for breakfast service, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs and allergy considerations with precision. Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences that exceed guest expectations. Requirements Proven experience in dietary aide roles or dietary departments is highly desirable. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hotel setting. Demonstrated culinary experience with fine dining or catering environments preferred.
