Responsibilities Execute dishes consistently and efficiently during service Maintain prep, cleanliness, and organizational standards Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure stations stay fully stocked and service-ready Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries Support opening and closing kitchen duties Help maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards Assist with general kitchen responsibilities as needed Maintain a clean, professional, and organized station throughout service Skills & Experience Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen required High-volume kitchen experience preferred Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and prep systems Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and growing Familiarity with culinary terminology and preparation techniques preferred Evening and weekend availability required Food handlers certification preferred What We Offer Consistent Hours & Scheduling We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with steady scheduling and flexibility depending on availability and experience.
