Hand Roll Chef / Sushi Kitchen Staff GOEN Hand Roll Sushi Bar Huntington Beach, CA Job Description GOEN Hand Roll Sushi Bar is looking for a Hand Roll Chef / Sushi Kitchen Staff member to join our team. GOEN is a Japanese hand roll restaurant focused on freshly prepared, high-quality ingredients, genuine hospitality, and creating a positive team environment. This position will primarily work behind the sushi bar, preparing and serving hand rolls directly to our guests. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in quality and presentation, and can work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve hand rolls to order Prepare fish, seafood, vegetables, rice, sauces, and other ingredients Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation Keep the sushi bar and kitchen clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during busy service periods Communicate and work closely with the kitchen and service team Who We're Looking For We value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn as much as experience.
