The experience we're creating Our classes are meant to feel like an outing as much as a lesson — guests come to try something new, in a social, low-pressure setting, at venues worth the trip. Classes are beginner-friendly; most guests have never taken a cooking class before, and that's exactly the point. Job Description The role Plan and lead a hands-on class start to finish Classes at interesting venues around the city — restaurants, hotels, cafés, event spaces Groups of up to 26 guests, most often evenings and weekends In-person only (venue within 30 minutes commute) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required What you might teach Handmade pasta, French pastry, dumplings, sushi, paella — or a cuisine that's your own. We build the class list around instructors' strengths, not the other way around.
