We are seeking a motivated and reliable Line/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing a variety of menu items, maintaining high quality and consistency, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served to established quality standards.
- Execute various menu items using different cooking methods.
- Set up, maintain, and clean assigned kitchen stations.
- Adhere to all sanitation, food safety, and kitchen safety standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the Chef and fellow team members.
- Adapt to changing schedules, events, and functions. Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience with lunch and dinner service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, motivated, and service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
- Fluent in English.
