Salary $57,600 - $60,000 per year Full-Time Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dosas Prepare high-quality dosa batter from scratch Prepare coconut chutney, peanut chutney, and tomato chutney Prepare and cook idli Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment Requirements Previous experience making dosa is required Must know how to properly prepare dosa batter Must be skilled in making coconut, peanut, and tomato chutneys Must know how to make idli Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team Must maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Additional Skills We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and assist with other Indian dishes , including: Curries Naan Other North and South Indian dishes Language English Hindi Experience with both North and South Indian cuisine is a plus.
