We are currently hiring:
Sushi Chef / Sushi Cook Kitchen Cook / Line Cook Prep Cook Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities may include:
Prepare and cook menu items according to HARU's recipes and quality standards Perform daily food preparation, portioning, cutting, and station setup Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Work efficiently during busy service periods Communicate and work closely with chefs and other kitchen team members Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Maintain consistent food quality and presentation For Sushi Chef / Sushi Cook positions: Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes Properly handle, cut, portion, and store fish and seafood Maintain high standards of knife skills, cleanliness, and presentation Japanese restaurant or sushi experience is strongly preferred
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong teamwork and communication Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred Sushi experience is preferred for Sushi Chef/Sushi Cook positions Weekend and evening availability is preferred About
