Responsibilities Prepare and execute a diverse range of brunch menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling standards. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and recipe adherence to maintain the restaurant's standards. Manage meal preparation timelines to ensure prompt service during busy weekend hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety management protocols at all times. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and accommodating special requests when necessary. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong culinary skills i, poaching, braising, grilling, and food preparation. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and safe food handling practices. Have a current Food Handlers Certificate Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining flexibility for special requests or dietary needs.
