Relocation assistance Your Role with the Company The Chef de Cuisine oversees all back-of-house operations of the restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and inspire the culinary team with passion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of food, hospitality, and teamwork
Oversee all kitchen operations, including P&L review, labor and food cost management, ordering, inventory, scheduling, vendor relations, and adherence to SOPs Ensure consistent execution of existing menus and recipes, maintaining exceptional quality, flavor, and presentation in every dish
Serve as a hands-on leader in daily operations, cooking alongside the team, mentoring, and leading by example
Partner with FOH and leadership to achieve operational goals, control costs, and deliver seamless guest experiences
Execute and manage offsite events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions of up to 300 guests
After establishing consistency and mastery of current systems, collaborate with leadership on menu and recipe development that reflects creativity and seasonality
Your Qualifications:
2+ years as a Chef de Cuisine for a high volume ($5M+) upscale or fine dining restaurant
Michelin-starred or Michelin-guide experience highly desired
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing culinary teams
Strong command of kitchen systems and operational efficiency
Emotionally intelligent, humble, and composed under pressure
Italian or Mediterranean experience highly desired
Spanish speaking skills highly desired EOE
