Frances is a platform that connects home cooks with busy families who need help with weekly meals.

The Role:

Visit a client's home 1-2 times per week to prepare fresh meals. Groceries and recipes are provided. You just cook, store the meals in containers, clean up, and head home.

How It Works:

We match you with families based on your availability and location (East Bay, San Francisco, or South Bay). Families book your services by the hour (usually 2-3 hours), and we ensure the recipes can be completed within the allotted time.

Who We're Looking For:

Confident, friendly home cooks who are reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in someone else's kitchen. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required. We value kindness and reliability just as much as cooking skills. We're looking for good people who want to make good money while helping their neighbors eat better.
