Duties Prepare a variety of Asian dishes using wok cooking methods, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met Execute menu items efficiently while maintaining high-quality food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Assist in menu planning by suggesting new recipes and refining existing dishes to enhance flavor profiles Handle food ingredients with proper food handling techniques, including knife skills and portion control Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of wok-based dishes with precision and flair Experience Proven experience as a Wok Chef or similar culinary role within a restaurant or fine dining environment Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards Experience with dietary department requirements and dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling safety practices Previous restaurant experience emphasizing food service, kitchen operations, and catering is preferred Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food safety protocols are essential for success in this role Familiarity with the culinary arts related to Asian cuisine, especially wok cooking techniques, is highly desirable 3+ years of professional wok experience）。
