Develop and design menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Oversee food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management skills. Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize kitchen operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability. Maintain a creative approach to menu development while considering dietary restrictions and preferences. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or fine dining industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including inventory control and cost management. Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
