This is a tipped, hands-on leadership position for a strong cook who is ready to take the next step. You'll work alongside the Chef and Sous Chefs while continuing to work the line, learning more about kitchen leadership, organization, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Work and lead stations during service Support daily prep and kitchen organization Help maintain consistency and quality Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Support and guide line cooks during service Communicate clearly with the Chef and Sous Chefs Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful kitchen Help create a positive and productive work environment What we're looking for: Strong professional line-cook experience Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm during busy service Good communication and teamwork Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail Interest in developing leadership skills Willingness to learn and take feedback Availability for nights and weekends This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook who wants more responsibility and a path toward kitchen leadership while still cooking every day.
