Responsibilities:

Craft a delightful array of appetizers, nigiri, rolls, and sashimi (tailored to your experience) Prepare the sushi bar for a seamless service Adhere to stringent hygiene principles in all cooking areas, maintaining a spotless workspace at all times Demonstrate excellent knife skills for precise and artful cuts Transport boxes of fish weighing 20-30 lbs with ease and care
