The position requires morning availability with a flexible start time (typically between 6:00-8:00 AM) and shift length adjusted based on production needs and the candidate's schedule. We are a Michelin-starred, upscale-casual restaurant located in Palo Alto. This role involves working alongside our pastry chef Dhali Cruz to produce an ambitious assortment of desserts for our seasonally driven a la carte dessert trolley, ice cream program and 7-course tasting menu. We are looking for the right attitude, not necessarily experience level or abillity. We are here to mentor, teach, train and ensure success.
