Job Description
Job Summary Our Mom and Pop Shop is looking for a Sushi Chef to join our small team. Pay range is $18 to $25 hourly plus tips, depending on level of experience and skill. Experience preferred; training provided. We highly value consistency, communication and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Prepare sushi ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station. Work with kitchen and FOH staff. Qualifications Knife skills and experience preferred. Ability to learn sushi techniques, recipes and ingredients. Full understanding of health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and seafood handling.
