We're hiring an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. The Role This is a hands-on job. You'll prep, plate, source, and execute — on the line, on the truck, and at the venue. You'll own the menu, the kitchen, the vendor relationships, and the team on event days. What you'll do: Lead menu development and event execution Manage ordering, sourcing, and vendor relationships Control food cost and minimize waste Keep the kitchen organized and clean Lead prep and event teams (or run solo on smaller weeks) Travel with food and plate onsite for offsite events What We're Looking For High-end culinary skill with a current, aesthetic eye Offsite and catering experience — you've done events, not just restaurant service Sharp time management — you know the day before an event matters more than the event itself Smart sourcing instincts and a strong vendor sense Adaptable, hard-working, hands-on Hungry to keep building inside a growing company What This Is Not This is not a corner-office chef job. You won't be writing prep lists and stepping away. If sleeves-up, hands-on culinary leadership doesn't energize you, this isn't your role.
