Role:
Cal Poly's chapter of Delta Sigma Phi is seeking a reliable and passionate chef to cook 5 dinners weekly for 25-30 members living in the house or on our meal plan.
The role includes:
Planning 5 weekly dinner meals Creating grocery lists and shopping (reimbursed) Preparing and serving dinner punctually at 6:30pm Accommodating dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) Collaborating with student officers on budget and logistics Keeping a clean workspace and following food safety rules

Flexible hours with consistent weekday schedule No cleaning required beyond your own workspace All equipment and utensils provided No work required during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks Support from a rotating kitchen crew for cleanup and other tasks
Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable/experienced cooking for groups of 25+ people Knowledge of food safety standards (CA food handler's permit required) Communication and budgeting skills Must be able to plan meals independently while accepting feedback from house members
